Executive Officer Application

The due date for Officer applications for the SVU Board of Directors has been extended until Monday, May 22. The four officer positions are President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer.

To be eligible to serve as an Officer for the two-year term 2018-19, you must:

• Have achieved and maintained a professional credential in vascular technology.
• Be an SVU member in good standing.
• Have completed at least one prior term on the SVU Board of Directors (excluding service as Physician Director, Vendor Director, At Large Director, or Student Director.)

A Letter of Recommendation is optional for Officer applicants.

All complete applications from eligible candidates will be presented to the current Board of Directors for consideration. From this pool, the Board of Directors will elect the 2018-19 Officers at its August 2 Board meeting.
