Puerto Rico Vascular Technology and Interpretation Course

The Society for Vascular Ultrasound is coming to Puerto Rico.

• Increase the participants’ knowledge and competence to perform and interpret vascular ultrasound examinations.
• Apply knowledge of the anatomy/physiology of the cerebrovascular system into the Carotid Duplex examination.
• Apply diagnostic criteria and protocols for evaluation of carotid, peripheral venous and arterial, and renal disease.
• Review of carotoid criteria and challenging case studies.
• Learn proper procedures, positioning and techniques.
• Interpret and integrate diagnostic information in preparing preliminary reports.
