We are excited that you are considering adding the SVU Annual Conference and Marketplace to your marketing plans for 2016. We encourage you to download the above prospectus and reach out to us with any questions. We can customize any logo item you want, create new sponsorship opportunities and more. As an exhibitor, you will receive:

• Exhibitor-only coffee to start off each day
• Lunch, at no cost, each day in the exhibit hall, served before attendees break for lunch
• Opening night reception treats
• Depending on the size of your booth, at least one free conference registration, providing the CME to this staff member
• Pre and post list of attendees, including emails from those that chose to opt-in

*Tentative* Marketplace Hours

August 11		11:30 am – 4 pm; 5 - 6:30 pm Attendee Reception in Marketplace
August 12		7 - 9 am Technology Theater*; 9:30 am - 4 pm
August 13		9:30 am - 2 pm

 

*Technology Theater is a paid sponsorship, held in a different room than the Marketplace,  in which attendees rotate through each Sponsor's section. There is a maximum number of sponsoring participants allowed. Technology Theater participants will be required to have their equipment moved after the Attendee Reception to the Theater's location.

SVU 2016 Annual Conference & Exhibition Cancellation Penalties (Exhibit Booths, Sponsorships, Advertising)

The penalties for cancellation of Exhibit Booths, Sponsorships, or Advertising are as follows.

• Prior to February 1, 2016 - $300 processing fee
• Through March 1, 2016 - 30% of total
• After March 1, 2016 - 100% (no refund)
• Reduction of space prior to March 1, 2016: 30% of difference

 
Individuals under the age of 21 are not allowed on the exhibit floor at any time (including models). As a consideration to others, children are not permitted in SVU Annual Conference functions (including all educational sessions). 

Please note, any outstanding invoices for exhibit booth space will be collected prior to delivering materials to your booth. Please be prepared onsite to pay the balance prior to setting up your booth.

*Please book your hotel through our online registration or through the reservation call. SVU is not using a third party to book the hotel rooms.

Additional Information

• Mobile App: Submit your description and logo to be included in our mobile app. Just fill out this form and email your logo to the address listed on the form. Deadline to submit to be included is June 1, 2016.
• Booth Shipping and Rentals: Service kit will be available early spring.
  
• Need to register more exhibitors? A registration form will be available January 2016 for additional exhibitor registrations (outside of the complimentary registration) to attend the SVU 2016 Annual Conference sessions. 
• Hotel reservations: Enjoy the same discount as attendees in Chicago. Details will be posted soon.

In addition, on Saturday, we will have an exhibitors’ advisory meeting from 11-11:30 am. Please plan to send up to two representatives to this meeting as we would like to hear from you how 2016 worked out and suggestions for our 2017 conference in Orlando. SVU sales managers will be available allowing you to secure you exhibit space for 2016. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us. We look forward to hosting you in Chicago.
