SVU CME Transfer to ARDMS & CCI
SVU transfers members CME credits to ARDMS and CCI every Wednesday only if we have your ARDMS or CCI number on file. Additionally, in orer for the transfer to work your first and last name must be consistent for both ARDMS and SVU. The CME file transfer is a manual process and could take up to two weeks to process. We only go back two weeks from when we receive your ARDMS or CCI number and do not go back further in time.
If you are not sure if we have your ARDMS or CCI number please click on the Renew/Account tab. Then click on the edit your profile link and under the custom tab in your profile is where you can add in your ARDMS and CCI number.

Lost your SVU-CME Certificate?
SVU honors requests for replacement SVU-CME certificates for two years after the program only. Fees are $5 for SVU members and $10 for nonmembers per
certificate. All CME replacement certificates will be emailed. If you
have taken a CME test after January 23, 2015, please look in
your ULearn profile to find a copy of your CME Certificate. Download a Request for Replacement SVU-CME Certificate Form.
SVU does not provide replacement CME certificates for courses that are not directly put on by or sponsored by SVU. You must contact the chapter or organization directly in order to receive your replacement CME Certificate.
